A photo is a point where the photographer’s subjective approach to the external world and the objective reality that was before the photographer’s camera lens meet, in a propotion that may vary and decide how much the former can prevail over the latter or viceversa.

In this “Giro d’Italia” series, bystanders wait for the cycle racing to come, lean out in anticipation, get together to enjoy the event and eventually catch the fleeting view of swift colored images that speed down the street in front of their eyes.
